Board of Zoning Calendar

Purpose: The Board of Zoning Appeals has five voting members with the responsibility of reviewing any appeals for an exception or variance to municipal codes, resolutions, ordinances, regulations, measures and orders of administrative officials.  The basis of an appeal must be founded on unreasonable hardship.  The decision of the board is final, subject to further appeals that may be available in a court of law.

Board Members requirements:
   1. resident of the community
   2. does not hold any other elected position or job with the City government
   3. appointed by the Mayor
   4. approved by the Council
   5. term if five (5) years

Meeting Times:
This Board only meets if there is a application presented.

Meets 4th Wednesday at 7:30 P.M.  (if it meets)
