CCA (Central Collection Agency) will be at Munroe Falls City Hall to assist residents with tax filing on two dates in 2017.

Thursday, March 30, 2017 from 4 pm to 7 pm

Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 9 am to noon

Armed Forces Banner Program E-mail

Stow – Munroe Falls Armed Forces Banner Program 2017

Honor a past or present member of the Armed Forces with a commemorative banner flying high above our community’s streets. Honorees are not required to be current or past residents of Stow or Munroe Falls. Proceeds from this program will go to area organizations that support veterans in our communities.

Orders must be received by March 31, 2017.

Banners will fly from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Banners may then be picked up at Stow and Munroe Falls City Halls for families to keep. Proceeds from this program will go to area organizations that support veterans in our communities.

This program is being offered in addition to your current recycling
program. Your regular recycling collection day will remain the same.

Gas Aggregation Program January 2016 Update E-mail
gas_burner.jpgConstellation is the natural gas supplier for The City of Munroe Falls gas aggregation program through the April 2017 billing period.

The new fixed rate of $2.85 per mcf will take effect for gas flow May 2016 through April 2017.
This rate compares favorably to offers residents can sign up for on their own.  Unlike many other offers, this program has no penalty if you decide to leave early.

New Trash & Recylcing Contract E-mail

Republic Services has been awarded the three-year exclusive solid waste collection and disposal contract beginning March 1, 2015.


Residents should have received an informational postcard with service levels and rates.

Each resident must call Republic Services Customer Service (1-800-247-3644) to identify their choice of service level before February 28, 2015




 
Automatic Water Meter Reading Project E-mail
New Automation Meter Reading Project (AMR) will be begin in April 2015

Beginning in April 2015 the Water Department
will begin replacing all residential water meters.

old style water meter.jpg Once the new meter is in place, the meter readings will be transmitted
to the City automatically making manual reading of your water meter
no longer necessary.

In order to properly manage the city-wide replacement program, a window type appointment will be issued to each resident. This is the most effective way to manage the replacement of approximately 2,000 water meters.
