EDUCATION I have a B.S. Degree in Applied Physics from Michigan Tech and a M.S. Degree in Physics from the University of Akron.
EMPLOYMENT I am a semi-retired International Manufacturing Consultant. My work experience includes Manufacturing Operations Manager, Tire Industry Project Engineer, and substitute High School Teacher. I served our country as a U.S. Army Captain during the Vietnam War era.
INTERESTS I am Treasurer of the Munroe Falls Historical Society, a member of the Friends of the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library, a volunteer docent at Hale Farm, and a volunteer Trainman on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. I enjoy hiking, sailing, history, museums, music, and travel.
CITY VISION Our restored River area, new Amphitheater, Brust Park community events, Farmers Market, Hike/Bike Trail, and Metro Park are helping transform Munroe Falls into a desirable residential area and business location. We must help business owners fill vacant properties, implement our "City Center" plan, reactivate our Economic Development Committee, and join Regional Development activities.
