Being a schoolteacher is not an easy job.  It takes a certain kind of person - strong - knowledgeable - honorable - caring - patient & tough.  We support our teachers and support their efforts.  Sometimes a teacher makes a mistake, gets angry or nervous.  Given the circumstance it might not have anything to do with their personality or ethics.  Almost everybody has received a traffic ticket, speeding ticket, or fee for not paying a bill on time. We have all made mistakes. Sometimes we were just misunderstood.  

On the other hand - a teacher may have a history of bad judgment.  All good teachers would want that person to leave the teaching profession, as their personal values and actions are subconsciously communicated to the children just like mothers and fathers subconsciously pass their traits onto their children.
