Interested parties may request a bid packet to include instructions, specifications, and bidding details. A Zipped or PDF file with the bid documents and specifications will be emailed in response to this request during regular business hours at no charge.
Paper copies may be picked up in person for a fee of $25 at Munroe Falls City Hall.
Any questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing as stated in the bid documents, Responses shall be returned, in writing and any ensuing addenda will be posted below. Additionally, plan holders will be copied.
The Request for Bid submission allows the City to compile and maintain a complete list of plan holders. All bids are publicly opened and read-allowed. After which, all bid documents, addenda, lists, and bid tabulations will be posted here for public viewing.
