Water Bills and Payments delivery delays

Water Bills and Payments being received late

Due to the current US Postal Service delays the January water bills (mailed 12/23/20) have not been delivered to all customers. The Water Dept is aware of this issue. 

Here is how the Water Department is handling this situation:

  1. Your account balance can be obtained by calling the Water Dept or view your bill online here: online bill portal 
  2. Any payments postmarked on or before the due date of January 15th are considered on-time payments regardless of when they are received. Any late fee will be reversed as payments are received and posted.
  3. LATE FEES FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY HAVE BEEN WAIVED
  4. Contact the Water Department if you have specific concerns related to your bill or your payments.  We handle extreme or unusual circumstances on a case by case basis.  
  5. We highly recommended that you utilize our online bill portal to view your bill or even sign up for your water bills to be emailed to you. Use the link here or the "View My Bill" link on our homepage.  If you have trouble with the sign-up, please clear your cache, clear search history, try using a different browser, or reboot and try again.

The billing portal does not display all transactions. It will only show the bills as they are issued and any payments made through the portal. Refer to your statement for payment information or contact the Water Department for payments posted after the bill was printed.
