Due to the current US Postal Service delays the January water bills (mailed 12/23/20) have not been delivered to all customers. The Water Dept is aware of this issue.

The billing portal does not display all transactions. It will only show the bills as they are issued and any payments made through the portal. Refer to your statement for payment information or contact the Water Department for payments posted after the bill was printed.
