[ARCHIVED] Water Bills and Payments being received late

Water Bills and Payments being received late

Due to the current US Postal Service delays you may receive your bill later than usual or your mailed payments may be received later than usual.

Here is how the Water Department is handling this situation:

  1. All payments postmarked on or before the due date are considered on-time payments no matter when they are received and late penalty will be reversed as payments are received and posted as needed.
  2. If you receive your bill late and require additional time to pay, please contact the Water Department.
  3. Contact the Water Department if you have specific concerns related to your bill or your payments.  We handle extreme or unusual circumstances on a case by case basis.
  4. We highly recommended that you utilize our online bill portal to view your bill or even sign up for your water bills to be emailed to you.  Use the link here or the "View My Bill" link on our homepage.  If you have trouble with the sign-up, please clear your cache, clear search history or use a different browser, or reboot and try again.

Feel free to contact the Water Department for sign-up assistance if you prefer

The billing portal does not display all transactions.  It will only show the bills as they are issued and any payments made through the portal with credit/debit card or PayPall account.  Refer to your statement for payment information or contact the Water Department.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Water Department at or call 330-688-7491 ext 223.
